1.How can I get customized service?

Customizing products and solutions is one of LongXing’s top strengths. We are happy to develop the desired products that fit our customers needs exactly. Just contact our sales team and give as much detail as possible about your specific requirements and we will find a solution that works for you.

2.What is LongXing’s product quality assurance?

LongXing has over 30 years’ experience in providing trusted quality service to customers around the globe. 3.Does LongXing offer a warranty?

LongXing offers 2-year limited warranties on all of our products. Please see our detailed warranty policy for more information.

4.What are LongXing’s terms of payment?

A telegraphic transfer in advance is the standard payment method. LongXing may be able to agree to more flexible terms with regular customers or customers with special large orders or products. If you have any questions or concerns pertaining to payment, please contact us and one of our customer sales representatives will be on hand to assist you.

5.What are your packaging methods?

At LongXing, we always strive to deliver all products to the client in mint condition. Most of our items are packed in double carton boxes. For larger items such as cabinets or racks, we can deliver using wooden cases or a combination of carton and pallet.

6.When can I expect to receive my order?

Depending on the size of your order, you can expect to wait about a month to a month and a half, give or take. Most of our orders (90%) are sent to the client within three weeks from the date of the order confirmation. Larger orders may take a bit longer. In all, 99% of all orders are ready to be delivered within 6 weeks after order confirmation.

7. Is there a minimum quantity for each order?...

Longxing does not require a minimum order. * As we understand that some customers may only need a small amount of our product or wish to try us out for the first time. We do, however, add a $30 surcharge to all orders under $1,000 (excluding delivery and insurance) to cover order handing and extra expenses.

8.How do I become LongXing's partner?

If you are in the telecommunications industry and have a proven record of success in your local market, you can apply to become a distributor from your region. If you are interested in being a distributor for LongXing, please contact us by e-mail with your profile and 3-year business plan attached.

9.What are LongXing’s main products?

Our products cover our all of our clients’ needs and requirements, from data centers and central offices to curbs and homes. LongXing’s product include both active and passive as well as indoor and outdoor products, such as ODF< DDF network cabinets, distribution boxes, cable tray systems, splice closures, outdoor cabinets, PDUS and all the optical accessories needed for a solution like FTTX.

10.Does LongXing participate in any trade shows or exhibitions?

Yes, we participate in international exhibitions twice per year, such as the OFC in the United States, ECOC in Europe, CommunicAsia in Singapore, and GITEX in Dubai. Our next exhibition will be at the GITEX in Dubai in October 2015. Check the upcoming events page for more details.
