Regional Sales Representatives

Job Descriptions:

  • We are looking for Regional Sales Representatives globally who can work from home, either part time or full time, to be the company’s local contact points to the clients of that country.

 

  • The main responsibilities of a Regional Sales Representative are to network, build relationships with clients (including both local distributors and end users), promote, brand and offer LongXing’s products solutions. Report market activities on a weekly basis to the HQ.

 

  • In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the products/solutions, your local market status, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role or in Telecom/Data Centre industry is an advantage.

Duties:

  • Be knowledgeable about the company, products and solutions.
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Answer questions about the products.
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in HQ.
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
  • Exhibit / visit the regional trade shows when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, telecommunication or related field.
  • Experience in sales or marketing.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and local language.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
