We are open now

17th, February 2020

We are pleased to inform you that LongXing has been approved by the government to reopen the factory after the delayed opening due to the coronavirus outbreak.

However, due to the restrictions for people movement from city to city are still in force for many places of China, only the local staff can return to work immediately while most of LongXing’s factory workers are from outside of Ningbo. Under the current special regulation, they are either to stay in the hometown until the outbreak become less emergency, or come to Ningbo but stay quarantined for 14 days before they can start work. In either case, we are not very likely to have them back in the very near future. Unfortunately, this does not just applied to LongXing, but also other companies in China, including many of our suppliers. At this moment, we believe our production capacity is at 10% of our normal level.

Therefore it is very difficult for us to estimate the lead time for orders require mass production as the outbreak situation is unpredictable and this kind of regulations has never happened before. The good news is that the numbers of confirmed cases of infection have been decreasing every day in almost all provinces except Hubei. Ningbo has 0 new cases for the last 2 days and we can see a lot of positive signs happening such as the restart of the public transport and granting more business to reopen.

We will be issuing official statement weekly to keep you informed with our factory status. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us for any assistance, our office staff are working as normal either in the company or at home and available for any enquiry or technical support. Once again, thank you very much for your understanding and patience.
